Terms of use

By using FinMocker you agree to these terms. Also see our privacy policy.
Education only, not advice
FinMocker teaches concepts through lessons, simulations and an AI tutor. Nothing on FinMocker is investment, legal, tax or compliance advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. FinMocker is not registered with SEBI, the SEC, FINRA, ESMA, the FCA or any other regulator as an investment adviser or research analyst. Talk to a registered professional before making financial decisions.
Simulated and delayed data
Companies and prices in the market simulator are fictional. Lessons use illustrative, delayed or synthetic data; Indian market prices in lessons are at least three months old or simulated. Live Desk data comes from public official sources and may be delayed, incomplete or revised.
AI tutor
Intel Bot answers are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or out of date. Check important points against the official regulation or circular.
Certificates
FinMocker certificates recognise completion of a practice challenge, re-scored on our servers. The name is as entered by the learner. They are not regulatory qualifications (for example NISM, FINRA or CFA designations). We may revoke a certificate obtained by abuse.
Founding offer and referrals
Founding prices and referral rewards are offered for a limited time and number of members, as described on the pricing and waitlist pages. Duplicate, fake or self-referred sign-ups don't count, and we may remove them. We may change or end the offer for new sign-ups; spots already reserved keep their terms.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, bypass rate limits, impersonate others, or use FinMocker to break the law. We may suspend access that harms the service or other learners.
Intellectual property
FinMocker's content, simulations and design belong to FinMocker. You may share your own results, share cards and certificate links freely.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FinMocker is not liable for losses arising from reliance on educational content, simulations or AI answers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
